Trio Arrested for Mob Action in Beating: Police

DUI accident

Julian Roja, 34, of Yorkville, was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a single-car crash at about 4 a.m. March 22 near Route 71 and Royal Oak Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. He was not injured in the crash, police said.

DUI

Timothy Sullivan, 49, of Oswego, was arrested for DUI at about 10:30 p.m. March 21 in the 100 block of Waterbury Circle, according to an Oswego Police report.

Cell phone taken at school

Oswego Police are investigating a theft of a cell phone from Plank Junior High at about 2:10 p.m. March 21. The phone is valued at about $400, police said.

Domestic battery

Randall Massiah, 32, of Aurora, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property at about 8 a.m. March 21 at 312 Wolverine Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail. 

Business break-in

Oswego Police are investigating a break-in that occurred at the Orchard Road Dunkin’ Donuts sometime before 11:20 a.m. March 18. Taken was an unknown amount of money, police said.

DUI, domestic battery

Charles Truschke, 33, of 11 N. West St. Oswego, was arrested for DUI, domestic battery and driving on a revoked license at about 10:45 p.m. March 17 at his home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Sheriff’s deputies were originally called to the home for a domestic battery report. 

Battery, mob action

Edgardo Rossy, 23, of 102 Harbor Drive, Oswego Township, Edmin Rossy, 21 of Aurora and Justin Martinez, 102 Harbor Drive, Oswego Township, were all arrested for battery and mob  action at about 10:15 p.m. March 16 at 102 Harbor Drive, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies were originally called to the scene for a battery report involving another man and a woman. Edgardo Rossy also was arrested for criminal damage to property, the sheriff’s office said.

Domestic battery

A juvenile was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property at about 10:15 p.m. March 17 in the 0-99 block of Greenfield Road, Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report.

Domestic battery

Cornell Brown, 37, of Aurora, was arrested for domestic battery at about 12:45 p.m. March 15 at 316 Wolverine Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail.

Disorderly conduct

A 13-year-old and 14-year-old juvenile were both arrested for disorderly conduct at about 11 a.m. March 16 in the 0-99 block of Franklin Street, according to an Oswego Police report.
