Letter: Ploger Will Lead District Forward with Respect to the Past

Apr 01, 2015 04:29PM, Published by Steven Jack, Categories: Opinion

The Kendall County Co-Op has been an emotional topic for many residents for various reasons.

Jared Ploger has made it a priority to know about the history of Kendall County and the Co-Op,  and also to identify ourselves with community districts in our area. I think everyone understands that this area is going to grow more and experience more change. It is crucial that our elected officials not only direct the change in a positive and beneficial way, but also see it through the lens of our history.

I am very excited about Jared Ploger’s balanced approach that takes into account not just the need to educate our students to be productive and contributing members of society, but also the need to respect our history and neighboring communities. Jared will move this district forward with respect for where we have been and where we are going. My vote is for Jared Ploger on April 7th.
