Updated: Oswego Police Release Name of Alleged Carjacker

Oswego Police have identified the man charged in a Friday night carjacking as Daniel L. Webb, 29. Oswego Police Capt. Jeff Burgner said his last known address is still a mystery.
Webb's bond was set in Kendall County Court Monday at $500,000, and he is still in custody in the county jail, police said.

The Oswego Police Department announced on its Facebook page Sunday morning that the man pictured above has been identified. Police have not announced his identity, but will update the public with more information later, they said.
The Oswego Police have taken to its Facebook page for help in identifying the man who carjacked a vehicle Friday night at Route 30 and Douglas Road.
The man has been charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking, aggravated battery and reckless driving, according to Oswego Police.
The man allegedly carjacked a vehicle at Route 30 and Douglas Road at about 6:45 p.m. Friday, and was caught by Oswego Police a short time later while attempted to steal another car at the Shell Gas Station at Routes 30 and 34. He was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center and remains in custody.
His photo, along with this message, was left on the Oswego Police Facebook page late Saturday night:
"The Oswego Police Department is attempting to identify the individual pictured here. This person was involved with a vehicular hijacking that occurred in both Montgomery and Oswego. If you have any information as to his identity please contact the Oswego Police Department at 630-551-7300."
