Oswego Girls Charged After Alledgedly Lying to Police

The car the girls were in originally was stopped for an equipment violation. Upon talking to the girls, one of them said one of them was having breathing issues and they were traveling to the hospital, the report said. Sheriff's deputies called paramedics from the Oswego Fire Protection District to aid the girl.
When paramedics arrived, the girl admitted to lying about her breathing, the report said. Upon further investigation, it was discovered another of the girls was lying about her identity, the report said.
All three girls were charged with curfew violation and obstructing a police officer. The driver was charged with an invalid driver's license, and the girl who lied about her identity was charged with obstructing identification.
