Marijuana possession

Amy Odzga, 40 of Aurora, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana less than 30 grams, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage after an accident that occurred at about 10:30 a.m. March 29 at Route 30 and Fifth Street. according to an Oswego Police report. She was given an April 24 court date. 

Domestic battery

A 12-year-old, girl on Hubbard Way in Oswego Township was charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a domestic battery at about 6 p.m. March 29 at her home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. The investigation revealed the girl had hit a family member. 

Marijuana possession

Dakota Carlson, 21, of 312 Badger Court, Oswego, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at about 8:20 a.m. March 29, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. Carlson was stopped at Route 31 and Mill Road for having illegally tinted windows, the report said. 

Drug possession

Michael Belster, 47 of Yorkville, was  charged with a possession of a controlled substance and a on a failure to appear warrant at about 4:45 p.m. March 29 at Route 34 and Prairie Market Drive, according to Oswego Police. 

Marijuana possession

Yesenia Del Toro, 19, of Aurora was charged with possession of marijuana at about 10:30 p.m. March 28 at Orchard Road and Tuscany Drive, according to Oswego Police. She was given a May 19 court date. 

Domestic battery

Melanie Washburn, 32, of the 0-99 block of Christian Court, of Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 2:30 a.m. March 28 in her home, according to Oswego Police. 

Disorderly conduct

Benjamin Ojeda-Ojeda, 26, of Arlington Heights, was charged with disorderly conduct and not having a valid drivers license at about 4:30 p.m. March 27 at Chesapeake and Fifth Street, according to Oswego Police. He was given a May 5 court date. 

Marijuana possession

Kyle Kutsche, 21, of 600 Manhattan Circle, was charged with marijuana possession at about 8:55 p.m. March 26 at Prarieview and Long Meadow Court, according to Oswego Police. He was given a May 13 court date. 

Marijuana, paraphernalia possession

Michael Moore, 24, of Aurora and Marcus Sanders, 23 of Oswego, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana respectively at about 9:15 a.m. in the 400 block of Prairieview, according to Oswego Police. They were given a May 13 court date. 

Retail theft

Joe Hernandez, 33, of Aurora, was charged with retail theft and obstructing a police officer at about 4 p.m. March 26 at Wal-Mart, according to Oswego Police. He was given a May 14 court date. 

Marijuana possession

Carlos Torres, 22, of Aurora was charged with marijuana possession at about 1:40 a.m. March 26 at Route 30 and Harvey, according to Oswego Police. He was given a May 6 court date. 

Marijuana possession

Gabriel Rodriguez, 22, of 344 Ogden Falls Blvd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and illegal transportation of alcohol at about 11 a.m. March 24, according to Oswego Police. He was given a May 14 court date. 

Fight on a bus

Oswego Police took a report for a fight on a school bus between two juveniles at about 1:45 p.m. March 23 at Oswego High School. Police are continuing to investigate.
