Former Boulder Hill PTA Treasurer Sought in Theft

Apr 07, 2014 04:28PM ● Published by Steven Jack

Kendall County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a former treasurer of the Boulder Hill Elementary School Parent Teacher Association in connection with $4,000 that went missing from the organization last year.

Meredith Henry, 36, of Plainfield has been charged with felony theft, but has not been taken into custody, the sheriff's office said. It's alleged that Henry took the money sometime between July 1 and 31, 2013.

Sheriff's deputies launched an investigation in September. Bond has been set at $7,500.

Anyone with information on Henry's whereabouts is asked to call Kendall County Crimestoppers at (630) 553-5999. Callers can remain anonymous and can earn up to a $1,000 reward.
