Sheriff: Man Charged After Choking Woman

Sheriff's deputies were called to the home on Afton Drive for a report of a domestic incident. Upon investigation it was revealed that Taylor had battered and choked a female acquaintance, the sheriff's office said.
While being taken into custody, Taylor then allegedly kicked a fence gate that struck a sheriff's deputy in the stomach.
Taylor was eventually charged with aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery, domestic battery and resisting a police officer. He remains in custody at the Kendall County Jail.
