Officials continue to investigate the matter, but have not yet found a credible threat, said District 308 spokesman Brian Graves.
"The school is not at any sense of heightened security at this time," Graves said "All kids are safe and sound. If there was a situation, we would notify parents immediately."
Oswego Police Capt. Jeff Burgner said police have not been called to the school to investigate.
"If the School District had a threat, they would not hesitate to get us involved," Burgner said.
