Warrant arrest for DUI
Franciszek Chudzik, 79, 332 Beaver Crossing, Oswego, was taken into custody on a DUI failure to appear warrant at about 10:40 a.m. June 7 at his home, according to an Oswego Police report.
A female juvenile was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 11:40 p.m. June 7 in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. Deputies were originally called to the home for a report of a domestic dispute and found that the girl had been drinking.
Oswego Police responded to Chesterfield Park at about 9:15 a.m. June 4 for a report of graffiti that had been sprayed about the park and trash cans that had gone missing and thrown in the lake sometime over night.. The incident is still under investigation.
Minors bolt from car
Two juvenile boys were charged - one with curfew violation and the other with not having a valid driver’s license - after Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies attempted to stop the vehicle they were in at about midnight June 4 in the 0-99 block of Ingleside. The boys ran from the car and were later caught, the sheriff’s office said.
Tracy Ishmon, 41, of Wheaton was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1:20 a.m. June 1 at Walmart, according to an Oswego Police report. She was given a June 21 court date.
Three teenagers were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 11:15 p.m. June 1 at Madison and Jackson streets, according to an Oswego Police report. Charged was Deanta Goins, 18, of Plainfield; Angel Leal, 18, of 400 Blueridge, Oswego; and Tyler Hill, 19, of 200 Wildwood, Oswego. All were given July 8 court dates.
