An Idaho man is facing DUI and improper lane usage charges after Oswego Police say he was driving six times over the legal limit for semi drivers.

Gerald Weber, 47, of Idaho City, was spotted by motorists at about 6:20 p.m. Wednesday driving erratically at Route 34 and Kendall Pointe Drive, police said.

He was stopped a short time later by police and tested six times over the legal limit for drivers with a commercial driving license. The legal limit for CDL drivers is .04 percent.

If convicted, Weber automatically will lose his CDL for 1 year.
