Boy Charged After Exposing Himself on Playground

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office issued the following update on this incident:

"Sheriff’s Deputies were able to locate and identify the offender, a 15-year-old juvenile male from Montgomery.  After an investigation, the juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct, and aggravated assault.  


Interviews of the subjects involved revealed that the juvenile offender was an acquaintance of the victims, and was allegedly being taunted by other children on the playground, prompting the male to pull his pants down and expose himself.  There was no indication that the incident was sexually motivated."

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office is seeking additional witnesses to a male who exposed himself to juveniles Monday afternoon.

According to a report from the sheriff's office, a white male between the ages of 14 and 18 about 5-feet 11-inches tall and weighing 180 pounds took his pants down in front of a group of children playing at the Long Beach Elementary School playground at about 3:50 p.m.

It's alleged that the male chased the children around the playground, as well.

The sheriff's office only has received one report on this incident, and is asking for residents with knowledge of this incident or any other similar incidents to call 630-553-5856.
