Oswego Men Wanted in Downtown Car Break-Ins

Two Oswego men have been charged in connection with a rash of May 8 downtown car break-ins.

Timothy Iannantone, 19, of the 100 block Chicago Road and Devin Macchietto, 19, of the 300 block Cascade Lane, are still at large and warrants have been issued for their arrest, according to Oswego Police Capt. Jeff Burgner.

Iannantone faces four counts of burglary, and a Kendall County judge this week set his bond at $75,000.

Macchietto was charged with two counts of unlawful use of a credit car and faces a $50,000 bond.
Debit cards stolen during the burglaries were later used to make purchases at a local gas station, police said.

Macchietto is also wanted on another car break-in from July 15 in the 200 block of Grays Drive, police said. In that theft, a tablet device was taken and sold to a business in Naperville.

Macchietto faces one count of burglary in that case, and a $50,000 bond was set.
