Pair Charged in Burglary, Car Theft

An Aurora man and Montgomery woman have been charged in a February residential burglary in Boulder Hill. 

Justin Addison, 24 of Aurora and Cara Collins, 20, of Montgomery were both charged with felony residential burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle for the break-in in which electronics, jewelry and a van were taken from a home in the 20 block of Woodridge Road, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said. 

The residents were not home during the incident.

Addison is currently serving six years at the Statesville Correctional Center after being found guilty on another burglary out of DuPage County, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections website. 

Collins is in custody at the Kendall County Jail on a $75,000 bond. Addison's bond was set at $100,000.
