Business Missing $15,000 Worth of Items After Break-In: Police

Terrence Mading, 42, of Aurora, was charged with DUI, speeding, no insurance, expired registration, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving with a suspended license at about 2:20 a.m. Oct. 5 near Walmart, according to an Oswego Police report.
DUI, leaving the scene of an accident
Max Sanko, 20, of Naperville, was charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and consumption of alcohol by a minor after an accident at about 11:45 p.m. Oct 4 at Route 31 and Century Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. No one was injured in the accident, which involved one other vehicle.
Steven Dawson, 31, of 1600 Light Road, was charged with domestic battery at about 11:50 p.m. Oct. 4 at his home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report.
Matthew Anderson, 23, of 31 Sonora, Oswego Township, was charged with domestic battery at about 3:50 p.m. at his home after Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies say he struck a family member.
Retail theft, underage alcohol possession
Nicholas Craft, 19, of Aurora, was charged with retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor at about 9:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at Walmart, according to an Oswego Police report.
Phone stolen from junior high
Oswego Police took a report for a theft of an iPhone 4 at Plank Junior High at about 5:45 p.m. Oct. 3. The phone is valued at about $200, police said.
John Wheeler, 71, of Chicago Ridge, was charged with DUI and improper lane usage at about 1:40 a.m. Oct. 3 at Route 71 and Main Street, according to an Oswego Police report.
Tiffany Isley, 36, of 201 Bolton Court, Oswego, was charged with felony retail theft at about 2:45 p.m. Oct. 2 at a business in the 2500 block of Route 34, according to an Oswego Police report. She allegedly stole merchandise totalling about $575, police said.
Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the theft of flower pots and Halloween decorations from a home in the 200 block of Foxtail Lane, Oswego Township. The theft occurred sometime before 5 p.m. Oct. 1, the sheriff’s office said.
A business in the 100 block of Kirkland Circle in Oswego reported someone broke into the business sometime before 8:20 a.m. Sept. 29 and stole about $15,000 worth of items, according to an Oswego Police report. There are no suspects in the case.
A 17-year-old Oswego boy was charged with criminal damage to property and reckless driving after an accident at about 7:20 p.m. Sept. 28 at Waa Kee Sha Park in Oswego Township. Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene for someone driving erratically in the park, and when they arrived they discovered damage caused from the accident, according to the police report.
