An Oswego man is in custody after police say he exposed himself at a local business earlier this month.

Kendall County Sheriff's deputies were called to a business in the 2500 block of Light Road on Oct. 11 for a report of a man who had exposed himself to two women there.

After an investigation, Ebelio Ponce, 23, of Oswego was taken into custody Oct. 21, and charged with misdemeanor public indecency.

Ponce was also charged on two outstanding warrants — one from Kendall County for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge and another out of Aurora for a failure to appear on a possession of marijuana charge.

Ponce is being held in the Kendall County Jail on a total of $9,500 bond.
