School: Wolf's Crossing Elementary
What makes him a Kid Who Cares: Mason is a student who always goes above and beyond in anything he does. He works hard and is always willing to help others.
Mason displays trustworthiness by obeying classroom rules and expectations at all times. He is a considerate and responsible young boy who puts forth a tremendous effort both academically and socially.
Most impressive is the positive way that Mason interacts with others. Mason is a mature young boy who treats every student and staff member at Wolf's Crossing Elementary with respect and kindness. He has wonderful manners and follows the Golden Rule in each interaction he has with others.
Mason displays tolerance and patience with peers who have diverse needs or academic skills. His empathy for others and hard-work ethic makes him an ideal student. Mason always has a smile on his face and his optimistic attitude is infectious to others.
I can honestly say that Mason is student that represents all pillars of character on a daily basis and is an excellent role model to all. It is with pleasure that I nominate Mason to be recognized as a student of character.
MASON WAS A RECENT CHARACTER COUNTS AWARD RECIPIENT. HE WAS NOMINATED FOR THAT AWARD BY KARI ACUFF, WHO WROTE THE ABOVE ESSAY.
