Several Arrested for Drunk Driving: Police

DUI

Matthew Liautaud, 30, of Oswego, was arrested for DUI at about 1:05 a.m. April 5 at Route 34 and Pearces Ford Road, according to an Oswego Police report. 

DUI

Albert Wentland, 43, of Yorkville, was arrested for DUI, speeding 26-35 mph over the speed limit and illegal transportation of alcohol at about 7:40 p.m. April 4 at Tuscany and Grapevine Trail, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Underage drinking 

Two 17-year-old Oswego boys were arrested for underage drinking at about 11 p.m April 4 at Route 34 and Pearces Ford Road, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Pot possession

Austin Bartell, 19, of Oswego, was arrested for marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession at about 1:20 a.m. April 4 at Route 31 and Century Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. Chance Nichols, 19, also of Oswego, was arrested for underage drinking, police said. 

Underage drinking 

April Williams, 20, of Oswego, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 8:50 p.m. April 3 at Route 30 and Goodwin Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Pot possession

Jessica Kristof, 20, of Oswego, was arrested for marijuana possession, illegal use of cell phone and drug paraphernalia possession at about 4:40 p.m. April 2 at Mill Road and Willowwood Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. 

DUI

Michelle Malvasio, 45, of Yorkville, was arrested for DUI at about 1:40 a.m. April 1 at Route 34 and Pearces Ford Road, according to an Oswego Police report. 

DUI 

Shelbi Vidmar, 30, of Aurora, was arrested for DUI, drug paraphernalia possession, illegal lane usage and disobeying a traffic control signal at about 12:15 a.m. April 1 at Route 34 and Kendall Point Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. Police said Vidmar was nearly three times over the legal blood alcohol content level. 

DUI

Christine Seaver, 53, of Oswego, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol at about 8:30 p.m. April 1 at Thornbury and Chesterfield, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Prescription drugs taken 

A resident in the 1000 block of Route 30 reported someone broke into his home and stole prescription drug sometime before 1:45 p.m. March 31, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report.
