Boulder Hill Man Faces Sex Offender Registration Charge

According to information from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, Clyde Donley, 59, of 44 Saugatuck Road, failed to report in March that he would gone from his home for more than three days, as is required by Illinois law.
He was charged May 7 with Violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act – Failure to Report Address, which is a Class 3 felony. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail and released the same day paying $2,500 bail.
Donley was originally convicted in 2002 of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a 13-year-old in Dekalb County, according to the state's sex offender registry.
