Blues on Barton Raises Record Amount

This year’s Blues on Barton 5k raised a record $21,550 for local Oswego families dealing with the effects of cancer.

Donations of $6,822 were made to the Staelgraeve Family, $6,271 for the Ruiz Family, and $6,281 for the family of Britney Nguyen, who sadly lost her battle with liver cancer shortly after the event. Another 
$2,176 will be donated to the American Brain Tumor Association. 

Over 300 people registered for the 5k and Kids Fun Run.

In addition to the most money we’ve raised in three years, this year we had the most amount of sponsors.
