The Oswegoland Park District had a beautiful weekend for the fourth annual Brew at the Bridge Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, Sept. 19.
Hudson Crossing Park was filled with happy folks sampling some popular offerings from commercial brewers, unique recipes from home brew clubs, and some tasty treats to go with them.
The event was only possible thanks to our many dedicated volunteers and great partners. We had dozens of people volunteer their time to help check IDs, collect tickets, and help us keep things running smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for being an important part of our festival.
Special thanks to the Village of Oswego and the Oswego Police department for contributing to a safe event on a busy day. Thank you to Weblinx and the Taphouse Grill for partnering with us to make this event a success.
Thank you to the four home brew clubs who donated their time and talents with us. The Basement Brew Crew, the Plainfield Ale and Lager Enthusiasts, the Spent Grain Society, and the Wingnut Brew Club shared their love of home brewing and the fruits of their labors with guests on Saturday.
We look forward to working together for next fall’s fest!
