Teen Clocked Driving 94 MPH on Orchard Road: Police

Drug paraphernalia possession

James Dudley, 30, of Aurora, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 12:50 a.m. Sept. 29 near Bower and Preston lanes, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Vehicle break-ins

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office took two reports of vehicle break-ins in Boulder Hill on Sept. 28. Two unlocked cars in the 0-99 block of Bereman Road were entered and another unlocked car was entered in the 0-99 block of Pembroke Road. All vehicles were processed by an evidence technician and the cases are under investigation, the sheriff's office said. 

DUI

Krista Arenas, 43, of Oswego, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage at about 2:20 a.m. Sept. 27 near Orchard Road and Budlong, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Purse stolen

Oswego Police took a report of someone smashing a car window and stealing a purse from inside at about 5:25 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 100 block of Pfund Court. The purse and its contents were valued at more than $250, police said. 

Window broken

An Aurora woman reported the back window of her car was shattered sometime before 5:40 a.m. Sept. 24 in the 0-99 block of Fieldpoint Road, Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. 

Theft

A resident of the 300 block of Persimmon Lane reported someone stole about $1,730 worth of property from the home sometime before 1 p.m. Sept. 24, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Marijuana possession

Jaime Gutierrez, 18, of Aurora, was arrested for possession of marijuana at about 9 p.m. Sep. 23 near Douglas Road and Route 30, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. He was originally pulled over for a suspended registration. 

Speeding

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for speeding more than 35 mph over the speed limit at about 10 p.m. Sept. 23 along Orchard Road near Tuscany Drive, according to an Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. The juvenile was clocked driving 94 mph in a 45 mph zone. 

DUI

Roderick Plumley, 25, of Yorkville, was arrested for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:25 p.m. Sept. 22 near Route 25 and Glendale Avenue, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. 

Bus damaged

Oswego Police are investigating a window that was broken on a bus parked in the parking lot at Fox Chase Elementary School sometime before 7:35 a.m. Sept. 21. There are no suspects in the case, police said. 

Filing a false report

Daniel Bayon, 19, of Oswego, was arrested for filing a false police report at about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 0-99 block of Clay Court, Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Bayon allegedly called police saying there was a person with a weapon in the area. 

Marijuana possession

Kristen Young, 22, of Glen Ellyn, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 10 p.m. Sept. 20 near Barnaby and Heritage, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Theft from business

A business in the 2000 block of Mitchell Drive reported someone stole $3,500 from the business over the course of the last two months. An investigation is ongoing, Oswego Police said.
