Teen Faces Weapon Charge After Trespassing Incident: Police

Brian Harrington, 44, of Aurora, was arrested for DUI and obstructing police at about 8:10 p.m. Oct. 18 near Arbor Court and Norway Place, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Deputies were called for a report of a drunken driver near Orchard Road and Route 34. Harrington also was cited for driving an uninsured vehicle.
Joaquin Corral-Morales, 27, of Aurora, was arrested for DUI at about 4:30 a.m. Oct. 18 near Route 30 and Wolf Road, according to an Oswego Police report.
Weapon charge after trespassing
Four men who were found to be trespassing on railroad property at about 10 p.m. Oct. 17 were arrested on a variety of charges, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report.
Sheriff's Deputies found a vehicle traveling off the road near the railroad tracks and Commerce Drive area. Deputies caught up with the vehicle near Mary Street and St. George Lane.
Brandon Alsip, 18, Cody Beaird, 19, Cyrus Hedblade, 18, and Trevor Hardy, 22, all of whom live in Oswego Township, were arrested for trespassing on railroad property.
Alsip also was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon after deputies allegedly found him in possession of metal knuckles. Hardy was also arrested for possession of 2.5-10 grams of marijuana, the sheriff's office said.
Lawrence Valenza, 54, of Oswego, was arrested on three counts of domestic battery at about 8:15 p.m. Oct. 17 at his home on Chesterfield Court, according to an Oswego Police report.
A 75-year-old resident of Stonemill Lane reported to Oswego Police that someone stole jewelry from the home sometime before 11:20 a.m. Oct. 16. Police said the jewelry is valued at about $6,400.
X-Box, laptop stolen
A resident in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass reported that someone entered the home sometime before 9 a.m. Oct. 15 and stole an X-Box One and a laptop computer, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. The sheriff's office said there are suspects in the case.
Cell phone stolen
A student at Plank Junior High had his mobile phone stolen sometime after school Oct. 13, according to an Oswego Police report.
A resident in the 0-99 block of Eastway Drive reported a theft at her home sometime on Oct. 13, according to an Oswego Police report.
Driver hits tree
A 22-year-old Montgomery man suffered a medical emergency at about 11 a.m. Oct. 13 in the 300 block of Douglas Road that caused his car to hit a nearby tree. The man was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center for treatment, according to Oswego Police.
Woman injured in crash
A 44-year-old Marselles woman was hospitalized after a two-car accident at about 7:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at Orchard Road and Route 34, according to an Oswego Police report. The woman was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center.
Roger Kleckner, 34, of Aurora, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana at about 10:50 p.m. Oct. 12 near Douglas and Old Post roads, according to an Oswego Police report.
Oswego Police and the Oswego Fire Protection District responded to a brush fire at about 4:50 p.m. Oct. 12 near Fawn and Willowood drives, according to a police report. No injuries were reported and the fire was quickly extinguished.
Michael Davis, 26, of the 2500 block of Light Road, was arrested for domestic battery at about 7 p.m. Oct. 12 at his home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Davis was taken to the Kendall County Jail. Davis was arrested again Oct. 15 for violation of his bond after he was found at the home by sheriff's deputies on a theft call at the home.
