Dog Bites 2-Year-Old On the Face: Police

Jacqueline Noto, 29, was arrested for domestic battery and on an outstanding warrant at about 12:50 a.m. June 15 at her home in the 200 block of Washington Street, according to an Oswego Police report.
Kevin Bowen, 50, of Oswego, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage at about 11 p.m. June 15 near Route 34 and Orchard Road, according to an Oswego Police report.
Damage to property
Oswego Police are investigating damage that was done to a business in the 0-99 block of Stonehill Road sometime before 11 a.m. June 14. About $2,000 in damage was done, police said.
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said a 2-year-old girl was bitten on the face by a pit bull while visiting relatives at a home in the 0-100 block of Fernwood Road in Boulder Hill earlier this month. The girl was taken to Lurie Children’s Hospital after the attack, but has since been released, police said. The incident occurred at around 9:30 a.m. June 4, according to a police report. The mother reported the incident on June 13, police said. Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Mrozek said the extent of the girl’s injuries was unknown. Police also did not know how many times the girl was bitten by the dog. Mrozek said the dog belongs to the girl’s aunt. No citations have been issued in connection with the incident. Mrozek said there have been no previous reports of incidents involving the dog, which was still living at the home when the incident was reported.
Miguel Orrala, 46, of Aurora, was arrested for DUI at about 11:20 p.m. June 13 near Route 31 and Century Drive, according to an Oswego Police report.
Ross Taylor, 43, of Aurora, was arrested for DUI at about 10:30 p.m. June 10 in the 2700 block of Route 34, according to an Oswego Police report.
Arnold Dunem, 61, was arrested for domestic battery at about 6:30 a.m. June 8 at his home in the 400 block of Brookside Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail.
Theft from vehicle
A resident in the 500 block of Bison Road reported someone broke into their vehicle sometime before 12:45 a.m. June 8, according to an Oswego Police report.
Shelbey Cecille, 18, of Sycamore, was arrested for domestic battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer at about 2:50 p.m. June 8 in the 100 block of Saugatuck Road, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report.
Solicitation of a sex act
An Aurora woman reported to Kendall County Sheriff's deputies that she was the victim of telephone harassment at about 6 p.m. June 8 in the 1300 block of Route 30. The woman told police that someone was attempting to solicit a sexual act through several phone calls.
