An Oswego man convicted of public indecency after he was found masturbating outside an Aurora cheerleading facility in 2013 has landed back in jail.

According to court records, Matthew Barkley, 49, of the 4600 block of Mclaren Drive, was arrested on stalking charges at about 6:50 p.m. Aug. 1 by Naperville Police near Nequa Valley High School.

Naperville Police declined to provide details of the arrest, forwarding requests for information to the Will County State's Attorney's Office.

Barkley was convicted in 2014 in DuPage County court for the Aurora incident and was later found to be in violation of his parole in 2015, court records show.

He also was arrested by Oswego Police in May 2015 on an outstanding warrant out of DuPage County.

Barkley is currently being held in the Will County Jail on $50,000 bond, according to jail records.
