Pancake Breakfast to Benefit Vietnam Moving Wall Appearance

On Feb. 11, the Oswego Police Explorer Post and the Kiwanis Club of Oswego will host a pancake breakfast at Oswego High School.
The all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast will be from 8am-11am and all the proceeds will be donated to help fund The Vietnam Moving Wall coming to Oswego this June and July.
The Moving Wall is the half-size replica of the Washington, DC Vietnam Veterans Memorial and has been touring the country for thirty plus years.
When John Devitt attended the 1982 dedication in Washington, he felt the positive power of "The Wall." He vowed to share that experience with those who did not have the opportunity to go to Washington.
Advance tickets for this event are $7 and are available online at Event Brite or you can purchase them at the Oswego Police Station and from your local Kiwanis Club and Explorers Post members.
You can also get tickets for $8 on the day of the event at the door. Enter through Door 11.
Breakfast will include sausage, your choice of beverage, and all-you-can-eat-pancakes. We will also have information about the Moving Wall and a coloring station to “show your love” for our local veterans.
