The Oswego Hometown Expo is back this weekend with an opportunity to win $500 cash.

Formerly known as the Oswego Business and Consumer Expo, this free community event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, in the Oswego High School Fieldhouse.

This year's event will include over 100 local companies that will be on hand to discuss and demonstrate their products and services. Attendees can also enter a drawing for a $500 cash prize.

"It is all about connecting with your community and learning what is available in and around Oswego," said Angie Hibben, President and CEO of the Oswego Chamber of Commerce. "We are strong and open for business!"

Included in the expo will be the annual Fox River Academy of Music and Art art show from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A paper shredding event will also be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
