Learn to relax and calm the mind while eliminating stress.

Join us in a relaxing setting while learning how to calm the mind and develop inner peace. We will work to eliminate stress and tension common in everyday life by using breathing and relaxation to aid in meditation. Class will teach you to treat your mind, body and soul through the use of the beneficial techniques of meditation that are sure to become a part of your life forever. Feel free to bring a mat or blanket to class. Five week session. Please contact the Park District to ensure class is running.
