Group Training Program

This training program can provide you with personalized attention of a trainer at a lower cost in a supportive group environment. All of the exercises in the program can be scaled in difficultly to fit your individual needs. The program will help you get in shape in a fun and challenging atmosphere. Each participant will receive: -A fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program -Nutritional guidance -Group workouts twice a week (*30 minute sessions) *It’s expected that you continue your workout for an additional 30 minutes. -Weekly challenges-winner will receive fabulous prizes from businesses in the Oswego Community! Available Trainer Times: • Monday/Wednesday 9:30-10:00am • Saturday/Sunday 9:30-10:00am or 10:00-10:30am • Monday/Wednesday 6:45-7:15pm or 7:15-7:45pm • Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm-6:00pm or 6:00-6:30pm Orientation, measurements, weigh-in, Fitness Assessment on Saturday, January 24th at 7:00am. Final Weigh-in: April 11th at 7:00am. Winner is based on highest percentage of weight loss. Winner will receive a FREE 6 month family membership.
